Do you make personalised cornhole sets?
Wicked Wood Games is happy to help you put together the ideal set. We offer the option to print a custom design on the cornhole boards, so you can order an endless variety of sets from us. The Custom Cornhole Sets are produced with UV printing, guaranteeing the best possible quality. On top of that, the Custom Cornhole Sets are delivered to your home within a few days. What are the differences between cornhole bags with corn filling and pellet filling?
Wicked Wood Games sells cornhole bags with corn filling and pellet filling. Over time, the corn filling becomes slightly finer, which means the cornhole bag may slide into the hole more easily. Note that the weight can change over time and that corn weathers. Pellet filling consists of plastic pellets and keeps the same weight throughout its lifespan. The plastic pellets are made from recycled material and last a long time, so you won't need to order new bags as quickly – making them considerably more sustainable than bags with corn. Pellet filling also has other advantages over corn filling. The bags become less dusty (corn pulverises after a while), the bags are easier to clean, and they won't get mouldy. We therefore recommend choosing pellet filling.
Is Wicked Wood Games the only ACL seller in Europe?
Wicked Wood Games is the official and exclusive partner of the ACL (American Cornhole League) in Europe. That means we are the only party in Europe selling ACL products. Wicked Wood Games has entered into a long-term partnership with the largest organisation in the cornhole world and has the ambition to bring the sport to the Olympic Games together with the ACL.
What is the difference between ACL Rec, ACL Comp and ACL Pro?
The quality of cornhole products can be divided into 3 segments. All segments meet the ACL requirements; ACL REC (recreational) products are used most by the average cornhole enthusiast. They play mainly for fun. Think of families, children and groups of friends. ACL COMP (competitive) products are used by the dedicated cornhole enthusiast. They play for fun, but the hobby has grown into a sport. ACL PRO (professional) products are used by all professional cornhole players. They expect the very best quality, and these products deliver exactly that.

Ordering

Are all products in stock?
All products that can be ordered in our webshop are available from stock. This allows us to guarantee fast delivery times for our customers. Check here for delivery times. The product page always states whether the product is in stock, so please double-check there to be sure. Please note that a longer shipping time applies to some products.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it can in most cases no longer be changed or cancelled. This is because our products are often shipped the same day. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible. We're always happy to think along with you about solutions. Do you still have questions about changing/cancelling after placing your order? Contact us as soon as possible.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a track & trace code from us in your inbox. Keep a close eye on your order so you don't miss the delivery. This helps avoid extra costs.
Can I order as a business?
Yes, we're always open to building business relationships to help develop cornhole further together. It's possible to request a quote or order on account. See our business page for all business options.
How do I change the delivery address of an ongoing order?
Send us an email as soon as possible at support@wickedwoodgames.com – we'll manually change the delivery address so the order can be delivered to the correct address.

Payment

What are the payment methods?
At Wicked Wood Games you can pay safely and easily with the following payment methods;

After choosing a payment method, you'll be taken to your bank to complete the payment. The order is processed immediately after payment.

My payment failed / was declined, what now?
It can happen that a payment fails or is declined. In that case, the order is not yet processed. Please contact us in this case.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
All prices shown on our website include VAT. The VAT rate depends on the delivery address.
How much VAT do I need to pay?
The VAT rate depends on the country the order is delivered to. For the Netherlands and Belgium you pay 21% VAT.

For other European countries, we charge the VAT rate applicable in that country. Here you'll find an overview of all VAT rates per country. The correct VAT is calculated and displayed during checkout.
Can I use discount codes or gift cards?
It's possible to use a discount code with your order. Have you received a discount code from us? You can add this code when completing your order.

If the discount code doesn't work, please check the following two things:
► Does the order meet the conditions stated when you received the discount code?
► Has the unique discount code not already been used by someone else?

If the answer to both questions is "yes" and the discount code still doesn't work, please contact us. We don't provide discount codes via external promotional sites. See our promotions page for current offers.

What is the delivery time?
Ordered before 4:00 PM means your products will be shipped that same day. The estimated delivery times in Europe are as follows;

What should I do if I haven't received my package?
First check the current status of your order using the track & trace code you received. You'll find this code in your inbox. If you're not getting anywhere with the track & trace, we recommend contacting us by emailing support@wickedwoodgames.com.
Can I also collect my order?
Absolutely! Pickup is possible at our physical store

What happens if I'm not home?
This depends on the delivery service and the country the products are delivered to. We therefore recommend contacting the relevant carrier and always keeping an eye on the track & trace. This helps avoid extra costs.
What should I do if I've received only part of my order?
It's possible that different products are shipped separately. Please always wait 2 days after receiving your first delivery before contacting us. If you still haven't received your full order after two days, we recommend contacting us by emailing support@wickedwoodgames.com
Which countries do you ship to?
We can ship to almost every country within Europe. We also ship to the United States. Please note! This only applies to cornhole bags.

What if my product arrives damaged?
In this case you can send a message to support@wickedwoodgames.com – we'll resend the products as quickly as possible so you receive good-quality products
What if my delivery is delayed?
Unfortunately, we depend on third parties, such as carriers. We strive to ship the order the same day so you can enjoy the products as soon as possible.

Custom Sets

How do I supply files for a custom design?
If you've created your own design entirely, please send it to us as a PDF. The size must be 1200x600mm or 900x600cm. If we're creating the design for you, please send the design elements at as high a resolution as possible.
I have a design, can you put together the products for it?
We're happy to think along with you. Would you like advice on a design? Then we offer the following 2 options free of charge:

► Send us a design/drawing of your design by email and we'll advise you on the possibilities for the design on the cornhole sets.
► Email us your idea and an explanation of the design, and we'll further develop the design for you.
How are the cornhole sets printed?
The Custom Sets are printed directly onto the board via our UV LED direct printer

What is the delivery time for Custom Sets?
We ship the Custom Set within 5 working days after approval of the design

Returns

How can I return my products?
Within 30 days of receiving your product, you have 3 options:

- exchange your product for another product free of charge;
- have your product repaired;
- return your product free of charge and get your money back.
How quickly will I be refunded after returning?
Once we've received your return, we'll send you a confirmation of receipt with a refund invoice within a few days. The credit amount is refunded within a few working days to the account used to pay for the order.
What are the return conditions and exceptions?
► The products are in new condition, without assembly or usage marks.
► The products have been registered as a return, which you do on the returns page.

Wicked Cornhole Clinics

How many people do I need to book a clinic?
Wicked Cornhole Clinics offers a clinic from a minimum of 15 people. There is no maximum number of participants
Where is a clinic held?
Wicked Cornhole Clinics is very flexible about where its clinics are held. Any location is possible!
What does the clinic look like?
You can shape the clinic entirely to your own wishes. In most cases, the organisers will briefly talk about cornhole, explain the rules of the game and the various techniques. After that, it moves on to a competitive tournament.
What occasions can I book a clinic for?
The clinics are suitable for any occasion. Think of company outings, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and more
What ages are the clinics suitable for?
The clinics are suitable for all ages – from children to seniors. They're played with professional cornhole equipment from ACL and Wicked Wood Games.
What does a clinic at Wicked Cornhole Clinics cost?
