When will my order arrive?
Order before 15:00 on a working day and your order goes out the same day. On top of that comes transit time to your country — 1 working day to the Netherlands and Belgium, 2 to Germany. The current transit time per country is on our shipping page.
What does shipping cost?
To the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France we ship free from €125. Below that you pay €8. Shipping costs always apply to other countries; the rate per country is on our shipping page and you'll see the final amount at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days to change your mind — more generous than the statutory fourteen days. Send the product back unused and in its original packaging; return shipping is at your own expense. Please note: products with your own design are excluded, because they are made specially for you.
Will this carry bag fit my set?
Our carry bags are made to measure and only fit the size stated in the product title. A bag for 120×60 will not fit around a 90×60 board, and vice versa. Not sure which size you have? The dimensions are in the specifications of your set.
Can I order accessories separately?
Yes, everything in our accessories range can be ordered separately. Do bear the shipping costs in mind: to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France shipping is free from €125, and a single carry bag or hard case usually doesn't reach that amount.
